Hey! I'm Tiffaney

I'm a small town girl from the prairies who has made a home in the beautiful foothills. When I am not playing with my two boys or chasing the dog, you can find me connecting with nature in the mountains, curled up with a steaming mug of coffee or tea and a book (I always have a fiction and birth book on the go!), in my garden or cooking and dancing in my kitchen while I bake or prepare a meal.

My passion for supporting women as they embark on the transformative journey that is childbirth is continuously growing and evolving. I believe the magic happens when one takes responsibility for their birth experience by preparing physically, mentally and spiritually.  I believe this is a sacred experience and my goal is to support an empower you throughout. My favorite place to be is alongside you, holding space for you in your experience. I can't wait to meet you!
